I assume you already did the obvious stuff like taking out, cleaning and re-seating your ram sticks? Have you run Memtest fully all the way through your memory?

windows usually creates a minidump on BSODs do you have one of those handy? C:\Windows\minidump

Cycle memtest through several times - occasionally a bad stick of ram will not show up toll it has been given a lot of work to do. And re- the ram sticks, just take it gently and you will be fine. Or if you are really that nervous, wait till we have tried everything else and then (gulp) pay someone to do it for you.
