Theres a thread of this nature on the windows forum, but I wanted to start one here to get some more input... Personally I'm looking for 2 sets of adats and 8 mic pres... The m-audio projectmix has 8 pres, so why not the new 003... I'm also looking for a second headphone output linked to analog out 3-4, so I can more easily set up multiple mixes... A monitoring section that allows for two sets of speakers would be great, with a little a/b switch on the front next to the mono/ mute... Also, a powered usb hub would be great, for iloks, and usb/midi keyboards, as of right now I'm out of ports. What do you all want to see... Lets let digi know what we'd like..

I actually had a client, who to be fair is a little nieve, go out and buy a project mix, because he thought the quality would be superior to my "old out dated 002". Obviously anyone that knows their stuff wouldnt think this, but come it's certainly time to give us a 003. It's almost like M-Audio is passing us LE guys up here.

Yes, I know about the other, but its under windows so figured some mac guys might be missing out on putting thier two cents in.. Pretty sure I referred to knowing about that in the first post.....
Hello. I think you misunderstood Slim Shady. He meant that there are already threads here on the Mac LE forum and that a search for those threads would have shown you that. There are several threads already, some very lengthy ones, and a simple search would bring them up. Check these out.
I'd love to see some of the features that's included on my RME fireface. Eight balanced line i/o with software controlled switching of the reference levels (-10 dBV, +4 dBu, HiGain), I/Os operate up to 192 kHz Two ADAT optical I/Os plus coaxial SPDIF I/O (works up to 192 kHz) I just found out that there's a time code option (see below) Via an insert slot on the back, a Time Code Option (TCO) for synchronizing to LTC and video can be added. Thanks to SteadyClock, the Fireface 800 does not only extract absolute positions, but also a very clean low-jitter word clock. How about the possibility to hook up 2 digi 003 for more i/o Surround mix possibilities in the software would also be very nice for "post Production" Loking forward to see the new DIGI003 /Mike (still dreaming)
