Make sure that your camera is displaying the rate you are capturing at, or the other way round. Camera is at 25 fps and so is vdub/iuvcr.... whatever. but try a codec like (on a relativly fast machine>xvid) to capture if you need a little more space than using Huffyuv (very greedy, a porcine encoder).
