My aerial stopped working today. It has stuck in the up position and wont go back down. It is making the right sounds as though it is moving but doesn't move at all. Any ideas, is it a new unit or a common problem with a repair?

it sounds like the nylon teeth have worn, you can get just the replacement mast.
