535 "turbo regulator valve fault"

hi all, after changing most of the ignition system chasing a full throttle high boost misfire to no avail, i thought why not check the DTC's... DOH !!! anyhow, pulled up 314 camshaft position sensor signal absent or faulty and 535 turbo regulator valve fault ??? is this regulator valve the BCS ? cheers, wayne.

i would guess at a bcs
