VP7 - INFO and New Releases

A new version of the VP7 codec has been released and can be found here: There are a few main improvements since the last downloadable version. 1) Free Trial License Extension Free trial has been extended to 30 days, and if you've downloaded an older version you can now get a newer version and extend your trial period. 2) Addition of Speed Slider We added a speed slider, to allow users to select compression speed. At higher speed settings the compressor runs faster. At slower settings the compressor produces higher quality results. As an example, the following results were made using sagittaire's movie metric benchmark challenge source clip as described here: Code:
