[Hand scroll + Horizontal zoom] in MIDI editor window

Hi! I use Hand scroll+horizontal zoom modifier to navigate the arrangement window, I love it. I only have to hold CTRL and drag mouse to zoom in/out and move around my project. However, I can't say the same about MIDI editor window. Hand scrolling is available, but not bundled together with the horizontal zoom modifier. You can only hand scroll+horizontal zoom via the MIDI editor region/marker lane, which I think takes away from the experience a little and isn't very coherent if you're used to navigating arrangement window like that. Would it be possible to fix that for Reaper 5 release? Thanks! :)

Any love for this in Reaper 5?

I would love Marquee zoom. The easiest way to navigate I think.
