RE: Set in Stone

First, I really like it, but when the organ comes it feels out of sync (I really do like the organ though).

I like the sound of the mix first off. Really bold. Think it could use just a tad more bass though, I literally mean just a touch. Kick sounds great though. and yeah, like MS said, that out-of-synch thing is really noticeable when the kick comes in with the organ.

RE: Set in Stone

Thanx for the feedback ! I will try to do something abouf that organ part which was totally unedited unquantized single take playd on my laptop keyboard - added at the last minute to fill in that particular section. I dont know whether to keep the part clear or add a theremin or a violon or redo the organ.

RE: Set in Stone

balanced mix, i can relate to the lyrics. don't like the lead guitar sound, personally. and the vocals are definitely playing second fiddle to the guitar tone and a bit too hipassed, but all elements are pretty clear in the mix. catchy song.

I didn't hear the version with the organ, but this is a nice song you have going on there! from 2:45 or so, that little dirty solo lit something under my arse.. I like it a lot, for sure :)
