ripped by chapters, then joining trouble

MessageAuthor

hi, having had to rip a particular DVD by chapters (each chapter had it's own .ifo file) I got now 7 VTS_01_1.vob files (well some chapters produced a VTS_01_1 plus one VTS_01_2) meaning mostly with the same names. DVD2SVCD would have to process them one by one on due procedure and I'll get 7 separate .bin files to burn. How could I reunite the chapters to encode them together and get finally a complete image of the movie to burn? I once read here an answer as saying that you could just freely rename de vob files in order and then encode, but can't find that question again and don't dare to go on my own. thanks cinta
