screen remains blank for high resolutions

MessageAuthor

Hi, I am using U-740 USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter, and I encounter a problem: When setting the screen resolution above 1440x900, it remains blank (sometimes the screen is displayed and flashes every few seconds but usually it just remains blank). Maximum screen resolution is 1680x1050, and works well when not using the DisplayLink adapter. The adapter is connected to the screen via a DVI connection. Details: Operating System: Windows 7 64bit Main screen: ViewSonic VX2237WM Screen connected to DisplayLink adapter: ViewSonic VX2240W Main Graphics Adapter: Intel HD Graphics Graphics Adapter driver version: 10.18.10.3496 DisplayLink Display Adapter 4301 (shown in Device Manager details) USB 3 adapter driver version: 7.6.55049.0 logs are attached Can you please help?
