Timing issue

Oh wow. I have no idea what's going on...as far as I know I didn't touch anything with time. But now during playback a songs media items are completely off while others are fine. There does not seem to be any rhyme nor reason to it. Any clues?

media items meaning audio, MIDI or both? are the items visually ok - but they sound off? is it random? tempo untouched? how are the item timebase settings? got UAD that went offline in the background? sorry, im just shooting in the dark

nice to hear its ok (with the backup) by UAD i meant the Universal Audio UAD DSP card - when it goes offline the mix / PluginDelayCompensation gets f.cked up. (at least this happens here sometimes)
