got strike, got iLok, activated ilok Strike Manual says: If you purchase a plug-in boxed version, check the enclosed Digidesign Registration Information Card for information about how to register online.Registered users will receive periodic software update and upgrade notices. No registration card in Strike box, just activation card, and another card telling me to register strike online using absent registration card. Any ideas??

Well, register Strike! online using the absent registration card. That's straight forward enough .... Seriously though, that's probably a packaging oversight. If you contact DIGI I'm sure they'll acknowledge your purchase, seeing that you have the activation code.

I'm in construction, and if I pay for something that I then have to spend 5 hours on to get working, I back-charge the supplier for my time, and you know what, next time it arrives on time and working!!! Your online activation and registration shows that you did complete the activation process. The license is on the iLok.com account that you specified, and available for transfer to your iLok. have contacted Ilok re inability to run the client software. I get "you have no registered i-loks" message go to next page and download and run ilokclientwin.exe and get error message "1607: unable to install InstalShield scripting Runtime" when i download and run installer for the I-lok driver i get error message "error 1327 invalid drive :/H" DOH!

Sounds like your system is messed up in some way preventing the ilok software from being installed. That could be due to a number of things including virus infection, a non-standard windows installation, or "other" software that is installed that is over-riding the anti-piracy protection. One way or another, it's an issue that you need to take up with the folks at ilok.com
