Legality of selling PTLE software

My apologies if this is already somewhere in the forum. I searched and didn't find anything regarding it... Let's say I buy an mbox2pro which comes with the newest full version of PTLE. But let's say I already upgraded my software before I bought the mbox2pro and don't need the disc it came with. Can I legally/legistically sell the protools software that came with the mb2p or is that a no-no?
