S-Gear update

Sorry to interrupt everyone from their DAW-bashing and bickering, but for those of you who actually spend time recording and have S-Gear, there is a new update available. There is a nice little modification to the Wayfarer amp!

Oh right, I was going to download this, thanks for the reminder! They apparently managed to squeeze the installer back to a bearable 150MB.

They also say that they are going to iLok, though they claim they are going to maintain the non-iLok version as well. I certainly hope so.

I installed the new version. I have the new EQ switch in the Wayfarer, but when I turn it on, the new controls do not display, either in the VST or the standalone. Am I missing something, or is this a bug? Win 7, 64. Edit: Never mind. You have to hit the "tweak" button. Not very intuitive.

According to the update info, they are offering an ilok as a way for users to move from computer to computer, while maintaining the non-ilok versions as well. I have learned to trust Scuffman, so lets hope that this is true.
