It's there now worldwide.... (I was starting to panic) Just search for AC-7 Core Cheers :) edit: Can't find it from my iPad yet, but it's available through iTunes
Colin, just a bit of early doors feedback for you. Connected OK in the MIDI Network Setup only after resetting the iPad. In Reaper the control surface setup as Mackie Control Universal was fine. However it only appears to be communicating just one way ... from iPad to Reaper. Getting nothing back on iPad screen from Reaper (fader position, track names, song position, etc). Any ideas..?? Update: Reset iPad again and... everything working great now. WOW well done!

Colin, I've just tried AC7core with Reaper. I could make the connection and it works well so far. Nice App for a great price. I had the feeling that some buttons didn't react properly. I had to press them several times. Then I realized i have to tap above the buttons to make them work properly : specially for SELECT buttons and FLIP. Buto also REC/SOLO/MUTE/ Read/Write Could you make the button area where we must tap a little bigger in the next release . :-) Thanks and congrat, Xavier
Not sure if this is the right forum to ask for this kind of support, but I'm taking the chance as there might be other Reaper-users with the same problems. :) Connecting to rtpMIDI goes well, as described by the screenshot below: I add the controller surface as Mackie Control (Universal) as such: I get an error adding the control surface: I only get this error most of the time when adding the controller, not all the time. However, the surface seems to work. Fader information is sent to the iPad, and I can jog through the project and change faders, etc. Also, the meters are showing on playback. So I guess the setup is "mostly right". Until I try pressing play on the iPad, then I get this error message: Note: Dismissing this modal box from Reaper actually makes the project play. Other oddities include having to restart Reaper to make even local (press "space bar") play work. I'm sure this will be fixed when I get the configuration running. I am running AC-7 Core in "Reaper Mode". I do occasionally go in and kill the application from the multitask-bar to restart it completely for testing purposes. Any help greatly appreciated, this looks super cool if I can get it stable. :) Small feature request: It would be great if there was a little LED indicating that the controller surface on the pad was connected. It's a huge step up being able to see that it's connected in rtpMIDI with latency, but seeing it on the actual pad would be great too. :)
my guess is you need to mess with where it says 'live routings' and the midi cable image - prob select an in and out port, which are selected when you slect that profile in control surfaces in reaper. perhaps.. and/or that thing in reaper comes up when your midi devices/port clash, so also check there in reaper prefs. eg disable a midi port either for control or input or both, see what happens. btw i'd really like the iphone/touch version now now now.
